HOW HELIKA EVOLVE WORKS

The Infrastructure Behind Every Character.

Helika Evolve is a production-grade AI character platform — built for brand safety, contextual memory, and deployment at scale across any channel your audience uses.

THE THREE LAYERS

A platform built in three layers.

LAYER 01

Character Intelligence

Each character is built on an approved knowledge base: personality rules, approved topics, voice and tone guidelines, and behavioral boundaries. The character knows who it is, what it can say, and what it will never say — before it speaks to a single fan.

What this means for you: Your brand team defines the character. The AI operates within those boundaries, permanently.

LAYER 02

Conversational Memory

Helika characters remember. Each fan interaction builds context — the character recalls previous conversations, recognizes returning users, and sustains a relationship rather than resetting with every session. This is what separates Helika from a chatbot.

What this means for you: Fans feel known. That feeling drives repeat engagement, deeper trust, and higher conversion on monetization moments.

LAYER 03

Safety & Control Infrastructure

Every deployment includes Curated Mode (human review before any response goes live), Autonomous Mode (real-time monitoring with full logs), topic and keyword filters, person exclusion lists, and a one-click kill switch. Safety is not a setting — it’s the foundation the character runs on.

What this means for you: Your legal, brand, and PR teams can approve this. Because it’s built for the worst day, not just the best one.

DEPLOYMENT CHANNELS

Where your characters live.

Discord

Native bot integration in designated channels.

Social Channels

X/Twitter, Instagram DM, partner platforms.

Custom Environments

Any channel with API access.

Nothing goes public without your sign-off at every phase. The closed pilot model exists because brand safety isn’t a checkbox — it’s a process.

THE CLOSED PILOT MODEL

Eight weeks from approval to live.

Weeks 1-2

Define

Your team provides approved character rules, voice, topic boundaries, and behavioral guidelines. Legal and brand sign off. Nothing is built until everyone approves.

Weeks 3-4

Build

Helika configures the character, integrates the knowledge base, sets up safety controls, and prepares the deployment environment.

Week 5

Pilot

Character goes live in a closed, invite-only channel. Real interactions, real fans — but no public exposure. You observe, refine, and approve.

Weeks 6-8

Deploy

Full deployment into your live community channel. Monitoring active. Metrics flowing. Character is live.

Nothing goes public without your sign-off at every phase. The closed pilot model exists because brand safety isn’t a checkbox — it’s a process.

WHY NOT BUILD IT YOURSELF?

Helika’s platform is our third production build of character AI. We’ve already solved the problems in-house teams and agencies haven’t hit yet: contextual drift, brand voice decay, adversarial edge cases, and safety failures at scale.

FAQ

For technical evaluators and procurement.

Does Helika use a specific AI model?

Helika Evolve is model-agnostic at the infrastructure layer. We fine-tune and configure on top of leading foundation models, selecting the right model for each deployment based on character complexity, language requirements, and performance needs. You are not locked to any single AI provider.

All conversation data is stored in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. Enterprise deployments include data residency options. Full conversation logs are accessible to your team at all times — no black boxes.

Yes. Character rules, approved topics, tone guidelines, and behavioral boundaries can be updated in real time. Safety controls, keyword filters, and blacklists are updatable without taking the character offline.

In Curated Mode, this cannot happen — every response is reviewed before reaching a fan. In Autonomous Mode, the full audit log captures every interaction and the kill switch takes the character offline instantly. Unexpected responses trigger an immediate review process.
